Win £250 for your organisation with the Gedling Lotto good causes’ prize draw

The Gedling Lotto is a FREE, fun and effective way for local not-for-profit groups and charities to raise funds and now is the perfect time to join and be in with a chance to win £250 for their cause!

Good causes that are using Gedling Lotto by the end of June 2022 will now also be entered into a draw to win £250 (see terms and conditions below). This includes existing Gedling Lotto causes and newly registered causes.

The Lotto launched in September 2020 and has raised over £20,000 for the local community. 

Not only do local not-for-profit organisations (from School PTAs and sports clubs, to community projects and charities) benefit from free registration and use of Gedling Lotto, they also get free support with promoting the lotto to their supporters, including a dedicated webpage and marketing materials.

Local causes receive 50% of every £1 lottery ticket that their supporters purchase, which is more than double the amount of most other lotteries. A further 10% goes to the Gedling community fund, which is used to further support local good causes. 

32 local groups have already signed up and are raising vital funds through selling tickets to their supporters all year round.

Register As A Good Cause

Supporting a local good cause through the lottery is a great way to support your favourite local project or not-for-profit organisation, as it not only provides them with funds, but also gives you the chance to win up to £25,000 in the weekly lottery draw. There are additional national prizes on offer too, with the same ticket. You can choose which organisation to support with your ticket purchases, when you sign up.

Terms and conditions

All eligible good causes that are registered with and actively using Gedling Lotto by 30 June 2022 will be entered into a draw to win £250.

To be eligible, the good cause must be:

• Registered with Gedling Lotto.
• Have sold at least 30 lotto tickets.
• Have at least 15 supporters buying Gedling Lotto tickets to support their cause.

The winning good cause will be drawn at random in July and informed by email.
